PORT NAVIGATOR TERMS OF USE

1. Introduction
Port Navigator (also referred to as "Port AI") is an AI-powered travel information feature provided by Limitless Cruises Ltd, a company registered in England.
Port Navigator is available through the Limitless Cruises website (www.limitlesscruises.com) and the Cruise Port Navigator mobile application.
Port Navigator is provided entirely free of charge. It is not a paid service and no subscription is required.
Voluntary donations (e.g. via Buy Me a Coffee) are gratefully received but do not constitute payment for services and do not create any contractual obligation or entitlement to support, uptime, or service levels.
These terms are specific to the Port Navigator feature and are supplementary to the Limitless Cruises Website Terms. For booking-related terms, see our Booking Terms.
By using Port Navigator, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the feature.
2. Nature of the Service
Port Navigator provides general travel information for educational and planning purposes only.
- It is not a booking service, travel agency, tour operator, or professional travel advisory service.
- It does not sell, arrange, or facilitate any travel services, bookings, excursions, transport, accommodation, or any other travel products.
- Any bookings or travel arrangements made through Limitless Cruises are governed by the separate Booking Terms, not these Port Navigator terms.
- Port Navigator operates independently as an information tool. While it is operated by Limitless Cruises Ltd, the information it provides is not guaranteed or warranted by Limitless Cruises Ltd.
3. AI-Generated Content
Port Navigator uses artificial intelligence, including third-party AI models, to generate responses. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy through editorially curated port guides, pre-researched Q&A libraries, and quality monitoring:
- AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information.
- Responses may appear authoritative but be incorrect. This is a known characteristic of AI language models.
- Information about opening hours, prices, availability, transport schedules, and similar time-sensitive details may not reflect current conditions.
- We do not verify every AI-generated response in real time.
Port Navigator is powered by a combination of:
- Curated port guide content researched by the Limitless Cruises team
- Pre-generated Q&A libraries reviewed for quality
- AI language models (Anthropic Claude) for response generation
- Real-time web research (Perplexity AI) for time-sensitive queries
The presence of AI-generated content means responses should always be independently verified.
4. Not Professional Advice
Port Navigator does not provide, and should not be relied upon for:
- Medical or health advice
- Legal advice
- Financial advice
- Safety or security assessments
- Navigation or wayfinding
- Emergency information
- Visa, immigration, or customs advice
- Official government travel advisories

5. No Endorsement
Mention of any business, restaurant, attraction, service provider, or product does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of quality, safety, or suitability.
We have no commercial relationship with businesses mentioned in responses unless explicitly stated. Port Navigator does not accept payment from any third party to promote or recommend their services.
6. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for independently verifying any information before making travel decisions. You must use Port Navigator only for its intended purpose.
You agree not to:
- Attempt to exploit, manipulate, or reverse-engineer the AI system
- Submit queries designed to generate harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Submit personal data about third parties without their consent
- Use automated tools or scripts to access Port Navigator
- Use responses for commercial purposes without our permission
Questions you submit may be logged for quality improvement purposes (see our Privacy Policy).
Please do not submit sensitive personal information, financial details, or medical information through Port Navigator.
7. Feedback and Community Contributions
You may provide feedback on responses via thumbs up/down buttons. Feedback is used to improve response quality for all users.
By submitting feedback, you grant Limitless Cruises Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that feedback to improve the service.
In future, community-contributed corrections or updates may be incorporated into Port Navigator's knowledge base, subject to editorial review.
8. Limitation of Liability
PORT NAVIGATOR IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
THIS IS A FREE SERVICE PROVIDED WITHOUT CHARGE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY UK LAW, LIMITLESS CRUISES LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:
- Reliance on information provided by Port Navigator
- Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in responses
- Service interruptions or unavailability
- Actions taken or decisions made based on Port Navigator responses
- Costs incurred from bookings, travel arrangements, or purchases made based on Port Navigator information
IN ANY EVENT, TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED £50 (FIFTY POUNDS STERLING).
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
9. Third-Party Services
Port Navigator uses third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude, Perplexity AI, OpenAI) to generate and process responses. We are not responsible for the outputs of these third-party models. Their use is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
References to external websites, businesses, or services do not imply endorsement.
10. Intellectual Property
All curated port guide content, the Port Navigator interface, and underlying technology are the property of Limitless Cruises Ltd or its licensors.
AI-generated responses may be used for personal, non-commercial travel planning only.
The Port Navigator name, branding, and logo are the property of Limitless Cruises Ltd.
11. Service Availability and Changes
We do not guarantee availability. The service may be subject to maintenance, rate limits, API outages, or feature changes.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Port Navigator at any time without notice. This is a free service and no service level agreement (SLA) applies.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
